"Don't Miss" Restaurants - Mexico

Since we love to eat, I thought I'd put together a list of restuarants for friends who are traveling to places we have visited. Good restaurants are also hard to come by. I'm only going to list "Don't Miss" restuarants - place we feel you HAVE to go to if you go to that town. It will also serve as a reminder for us to remember where things are at....
We'll start with .. Mexico

Cozumel, Mexico -
La Choza - This is probably one of the best Mexican Seafood restaurants I have ever had. The salsas are incredible, the fish dishes are awesome. We found this place with some NEw Yorkers we met on our horseback riding trip during our day in Cozumel. They were on the princess cruise, we were on the Carnival one. Medium Priced

Todos Santos, Baja California, Mexico
We've spent a good deal of time in this town that few people ever have the opportunity to experience. We've tried a lot of restuarants in town, but there are only a few "don't miss ones". Cafe Santa Fe is acclaimed to be one of the best restaurants in Baja. Although we found it to be good, I wouldn't say it's a don't miss. On the other hand, Deli Santa Fe has great baked goods in the morning. Hotel California has good desserts. Todos Santos is funny because it looks like such a mexican town, but there are some incredible finds in there once you dig behind the covers.

The don't miss ones:

Barajas Tacos - a favourite for Locals and Gringos alike. Probably the best Carne Asada Tacos anywhere, especially for the price. 10 pesos each. Can't be beat. I don't know how many times a DAY we went there. Dinner, Midnight Snack, morning snack. We head straight there everytime we get to Todos. Try the Queso/beef taco. MMMMM Watch out for the flies in the summer. If you can get past those, you're set.
Los Adobes Restaurant - Los Adobes has some really unique food. I think its worth stopping to try the dishes. We had the Fileto Dona Chuy, which has cactus in it (and I was allergic to). I definitely recommend that dish. We also had the Planton Mexicano. The environment is really relaxing, and they have wireless internet. Pricey.
Neveria Rocce - ice cream and yogurt to die for. I can't say much else.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
I've had the chance also to spend a decent amount of time in Cabo. There are some good restaurants, and some really bad ones. If you're looking for good food, stay away from most of the big name ones downtown. I have to admit, after awhile, we just defaulted to the Hot Dog and Pizzas at Costco.
We bought this Cabo Restaurant guide, but were disappointed with most of their recommendations. Save your money and try:

Edith's This place has a gerat view, and the food ain't bad either. Its acutally got a great atmosphere and excellent food. Pricey.
Gardenia's - Behind the McDonals in Cabo. Best Fish Tacos in Baja, with the exception of the one in LaPaz (below). Don't get the specials. We go there a few times every time we're in Cabo.

Stay away from Crazy Lobster, Enriques, Margaritaville,

La Paz, Baja California, Mexico
Bismarkcito - Best Fish Tacos in Baja. Sit in the dining room and enjoy the peaceful view of the water. The shrimp tacos aren't bad either.
